Information supplied by Kirsty Peake

The South West Region of the RPS is an active group of enthusiastic photographers. Some events are organised and open not only to members but also to non members. Coming up this autumn is another very successful Talk-Walk-Talk event. This covers all of Cornwall and Devon. The walks will take place during October and the theme is Inland Water. The first talk will be from a well known photographer who will give guidance on how to photograph inland waters. This is followed by a walk with a small group and a leader who knows the area well. At the end of the event all photographers are asked to send in 3 photographs and the last ‘Talk’ is where a photograph is chosen to represent that inland water and go on to be exhibited by the RPS.
